I like to generate fun and laughter in every learning situation – it makes things more interesting and stimulating whilst creating a positive, high energy environment.

She combines her specialist knowledge of training and development with her psychological knowledge to achieve results. Sarah believes that everyone has potential to grow and it is just a matter of finding the right key to unlock it. Everyone is different and Sarah's background and training gives her an insight and understanding into the way that people choose to react and behave in a work environment. She takes a holistic approach to development, believing it is the only sensible way to help people move forward – you cannot expect people to separate their home and work lives. Therefore any intervention has to take into account the ‘whole’ person.
Sarah is a warm and friendly person who deals with people in an empathetic and supportive manner. She is a flexible facilitator and coach with a proven ability to engage all audiences. Sarah is a pragmatist who is able to combine creativity with structure and logic to facilitate a client’s ability to generate practical solutions.
There is nothing more satisfying than being part of the learning journey that people and groups take. I love engaging with them as they gain insights, shift their perspectives and challenge their thinking. My passion is to support their development through building a relationship of feedback and fun.
