Everyone has a range of talents and I am passionate about making sure individuals recognise, test and use them fully. When this happens the transformation can be phenomenal. 
Annette was born in the North West of England having spent most of her adult years in East Anglia and Surrey she has recently moved back to the North West.
Annette has over 20 years experience working in the organisational development, training, coaching and behavioural assessment arenas. She is renowned for her insightful, no-nonsense and pragmatic approach which works well when leading, facilitating and coaching others.
Annette works as an Associate Consultant with Questions of Difference in conjunction with running her own talent development business. She works with clients to develop and deliver tailored, practical and effective solutions to enable high and maximum performance. She believes that an organisation’s strongest asset is its people but these need to be the right people, with the right skills, doing the right things. Annette is passionate about helping businesses ensure their people are really their strongest asset and organisations reach their optimum performance.
Before starting her own business, Annette worked for a FTSE 100 for 16 years where she created and led the introduction of a global talent and performance strategy. She has led a variety of HR management strategies and over the years has worked as a strategic partner alongside Main Board Directors, Senior Management Teams, Business and HR professionals and employees.
Maximising a person’s potential in the work environment is core to Annette’s ethos and as a result she has coached many individuals and teams at all levels to achieve business and personal success. She brings her energy and enthusiasm to all she gets involved in, setting ambitious objectives for herself and others to achieve maximum potential and optimum performance.
Annette has gained many years’ experience in the Financial Services industry, working within the building society and insurance arenas. She has strong commercial acumen having also built and managed her own retail business with two outlets and having operated as a business consultant, assisting SMEs in gaining Investors in People accreditation.
